Ideally the rule documention for a single rule can be retrieved by a single URI. Currently we have one page per category and multiple rules on that page. It might be nicer to have one page per rule.

Currently rules are only grouped by language and category. With the introduction of
labels / tags, we can generate additional rule lists.

We have currently a section Additional Rulesets
for each language which lacks overview - you would need to click into each rule
to read the description.

Make sure, the labels etc. can be searched by the search box in the header.

The grouping by labels/tags can be used to present use-case-based rulesets?
