We recently started using it at Kestra:

There's one thing I noticed that could be a great improvement.

Our organization has many repositories due to its structure, and not all developers work across all of them. In cases where a GitHub organization member contributes to a repository within the organization for the first time, we'd like to be able to skip running this workflow.

In other words, it would be great to have an option to run it only for external contributors.
