With v3.5.0 we can't access
repo.scala-sbt.organdrepo.typesafe.comanymore, see playframework/.github@372f672 (which IMHO is a good thing to make things future proof).However Play 2.8 still needs dependencies from those repos, so I just nail the version used to 3.4.
Given Play 2.8 will be EOL this year I think this is ok to do now.
