Blockers:

• bin.ajam.dev is tied to @Azathothas 's personal Cloudflare R2 Bucket
• Toolpacks has cyclic dependencies on many many of @Azathothas's other repos & Configuration.

Potential Fix:

1. Get a new bucket under pkgforge.dev, sync all data from bin.ajam.dev
2. Create pkgforge/bincache from scratch & ensure no depedencies on @Azathothas 's personal Repos.

1. is easy & doable in an afternoon. 2 is where the problem lies.
We would have to fix all the build scripts, workflows and potentially also fix the recipes themselves.
This will require enormous work, probably a month or more, and I (@Azathothas) doesn't have that much time unfortunately.
If anyone else wants to do it, they are free to do so, and I (@Azathothas) will offer assistance.
