fix(updater): "Check for Updates" appears to do nothing on macOS Apple Silicon #359

Looking good so far, watched the AICodeKing review and noticed that a new version with the fixes is already out!

I expected to see an update button like Codex has but no problem I used the menu system to check for updates but nothing happens.

I hoped that my v0.0.3 would update to v0.0.4 so I've downloaded it manually for now and that's the version I am on

Not a showstopper as such but thought you should know

Update:

I read https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/blob/main/docs/release.md#desktop-auto-update-notes, so I used the .zip download to install it. i.e., download the .zip, unzip it, and drag the .app binary into Applications.

Do I need to manually download the other assets mentioned and place them in Applications, or should they have been included in the .zip file as well?
