Enhancement

The DDL module is missing some integrated tests, including

1. the case when multi DDL actions happen closely, and there are some corresponding insert actions between these DDL actions.
2. the case that the schema change parts of a lossy DDL action arrive at tiflash node among different epoches of the periodic schema sync.

Thus, we need to enhance tests to improve the correctness guarantee of our DDL module.
