INSERT INTO t1 VALUES (0);
SELECT c1 FROM t1 WHERE ELT((CASE c1 WHEN c1 THEN ~ c1 WHEN c1 THEN 0 END), '-1', c1, 0 REGEXP ('\\-4 v/'));

Some values should be returned.

3. What did you see instead (Required)

An error message is returned, and TiKV crashed.

ERROR 9005 (HY000): Region is unavailable

The log is in the following.
