  1. What did you do?
    Simply run a restore, and it succeed.

  1. What did you expect to see?
    The rate should be computed by totalKVSize / realTimeTake (according to the log, it should be about 680 MB/s).

  2. What did you see instead?
    [average-speed=2.424MB/s]

  3. What version of BR and TiDB/TiKV/PD are you using?

cluster : v5.1.0
BR      : master
