Feature Request

1. Model Landing Page

Each model should have its own dedicated page (e.g., /model/anthropic/claude-opus-4.5) showing:

• All submissions for that model
• Best/average/median scores over time
• Score trend chart
• Cost and speed metrics
• Links to individual submissions

2. Model Search

Add a search bar to find models by name:

• Fuzzy/partial matching (e.g., "opus" finds "claude-opus-4.5")
• Quick filter as you type
• Could double as navigation to model landing pages

These would make it easier to track specific models and compare runs over time.
