Bug report

Hi @ondrejmirtes, an issue was reported here: pepakriz/phpstan-exception-rules#135.
I think it's more a phpstan issue.

I can't provide a phpstan.org link since there is no rules about exception with phpstan.
So I made a PR with a failing test: phpstan/phpstan-src#298
