Hello,

since we've updated to PHPStan 0.12.26 we cannot get Zends Boostrap.php to load correctly.

pre Discovering Symbols config:
bootstrap: application/Bootstrap.php

post Discovering Symbols config:

bootstrapFiles:
	    - application/Bootstrap.php

Thrown Error:
Error thrown in /application/Bootstrap.php on line 7 while loading bootstrap file /application/Bootstrap.php: Class 'Zend_Application_Bootstrap_Bootstrap' not found

Every help is highly appreciated!
