when generating a bathline using e.g phpstan -c app/myapp/phpstan.neon.dist the paths beeing generated for the baseline only work when I put my baseline.neon.dist into my current working directory ./.

in our case it makes more sense to put the baseline into app/myapp/baseline.neon.dist.

I guess there are a lot more people out there which have this problem when generating a baseline while using the -c switch for a different config file.
I feel it would make sense to send a warning/notice to the user when generating a baseline while using the -c flag, as the result is a bit suprising
