[0.11.5] Strict comparison using === between true and false will always evaluate to false #2082
Description
I just upgraded from 0.11.4 to 0.11.5 and am getting a weird error.
Cannot reproduce it on phpstan.org but created a POC repo: https://github.com/ruudk/phpstan-bug.
