After upgrade as:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:phpmyadmin/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install phpmyadmin

I am seeing this.

I am using php8.1 ubunut 20.04, Apache/2.4.41. I could all the databases from MySQL workbench though.
