In case of statement related errors, we need to pass the respective statement handle to `SQLError()`.

In case of statement related errors, we need to pass the respective
statement handle to
SQLError().I have not added a test case for this issue, because there are already several tests which exhibit the broken behavior when run with Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.accdb), for instance.
