php_uname doesn't recognise Windows 11 and Windows Server 2019/2022

The following code:

?>
```

Resulted in this output:
```
Windows NT HOMEPC 10.0 build 22000 (Windows 10) AMD64
```

But I expected this output instead:
```
Windows NT HOMEPC 10.0 build 22000 (Windows 11) AMD64
```
