Any chance this can be released under version 1.2.2 with a new set of Docker images?

We now have hard coded the previous PHP 8.2 tag (8.2.19), which still works, same for PHP 8.3 (8.3.7 still works). But now we won't get any updates of new PHP versions.

I'm still not sure if it's a good idea because this Go version also fixes a security issue. Switching to Debian is the proper fix for now.

Hmm, those images are three times as big.. But yes, security is more important than image size.

The only problem is that the extension install script can't install the http extension in your bookworm image.. But I'll make a new issue to handle this bug.
