Describe you feature request

Just like mercure, but I would propose also adding a user "frankenphp", setting the correct permissions, updating /etc/frankenphp/Caddyfile with a sensible template, /etc/frankenphp.ini and /etc/frankenphp.d/ and creating a service running under the user "frankenphp".

This would use the -gnu version of frankenphp.

I think this would bring us one step closer to inciting repository maintainers to add frankenphp.

Meanwhile, we're currently working on easily compiling suiting extensions with static-php-cli. Xdebug and swoole are implemented (not merged) for now and can be loaded by frankenphp-gnu.
