Bu işlev Apache'nin <literal>table_get</literal> ve <literal>table_set</literal> işlevleri
için bir sarmalayıcıdır. Bir istek sırasında var olan not tablosunu düzenler. Tablonun
amacı Apache modüllerinin iletişimini sağlamaktır.
