Tested with:
menu_item:main:autousb:nickel_setting:toggle:auto_usb_gadget
menu_item:reader:autousb:nickel_setting:toggle:auto_usb_gadget
Using:
nickel_misc:force_usb_connection.- USB cable.
echo "usb plug add" > /tmp/nickel-hardware-status.
