This is a long shot: I'm hunting down the absolute minimal requirements for building and environment with astropy with all its optional dependencies. One of them is ipython, which in turn depens on pexpect. I'm trying to completely avoid source builds as they may be fragilised by updates do setuptools and other build tooling, hence this bump: ptyprocess 0.5.0 doesn't have a wheel, bu 0.5.1 does !
