It has been 2 years since the last official release, and there have been over 200 commits to master since 0.10.
There has been some drift between the documentation and the functionality a user gets from downloading the 0.10 version, what would it take to publish 0.10.2 (a milestone exists, just waiting for a fixed bug to be closed) or 0.11 just to bring us into the new decade?
