msgf2pin gives memory error #346
Description
When trying to run msgf2pin, I get a memory error, as follows. (I've attached a zipped and renamed version of the mzid file that was used):
msgf2pin -P DECOY_ -o cyto_62_min2subsumed.pin -m 1 -v 5 cyto_62_min2subsumed.mzid
