Removes the animated open/close transition from the admin sidebar, along with all the supporting CSS, state, and class machinery that existed solely to drive it.

Remove the animated open/close transition from the admin sidebar. - Remove `--nav-trans-time` CSS variable - Remove `shouldAnimate` state, setTimeout, and `--nav-animate` class machinery from NavContext and both wrapper components - Remove redundant `opacity: 0/1` rules on the nav (hidden by grid width + overflow:hidden) - Remove dead `::before` overlay block on `.template-default__wrap` - Update e2e toggleNav helper to drop the animate-wait assertion Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
