Describe the Bug.

I reckon these two views should share the same styling. I’d suggest to keep the dashed outline and center alignment from the folder view and use it for list views as well.

There is also a discrepancy in the spacing between header and search bar, as well as in the height of the two search bars (46px vs 52px).

Reproduction Steps

1. Add a collection
2. Enable folders
3. View list vs folder view when collection is empty
