TBH I have never created a help book, but I did eyeball everything here and nothing jumped out. I also compiled this branch and it works just fine for me. I hope it gets you through MAS approval!

Fixes #76
Adds a rudimentary one-page help book in order to address the app store rejection. Can flesh this out with more content later as needed.
