The PR modifies the refresh results button to now be sticky at the bottom of the list dropdown for both the
SimpleMatchers&MatchersInputcomponents (see screenshot below)It also prevents duplicate network requests on label values refresh by making
refetchLabelValues()accept an optionallabelNameparameter to target specific queries instead of refetching all cached label value queries.
