This adds some whitespace so that the lines in some markdown tables are all the same length.
Admittedly, this is quite nit-picky and makes no functional difference. 🤷
I noticed this when adding the
nfpmbackend in #19308, so I went ahead and fixed it while I was in there (71bb26a). This PR cherry-picks just the whitespace change.
