Detailed description

The following tasks were completed:

1. Removed more unused code
2. Removed Debug prints; this makes PANDA work in CI/CD. Not a perfect fix, but good enough :)
3. Can create a Python Wheel File for Python LAVA stuff. Will get the PyPi deployment done later.

Add to the Deployment test that you can build a wheel file. Also, check CI/CD isn't broken.
