This is almost the same as pallets/flask#1028 although it does not check if we are running in debug mode.

Ah, I forgot to run the tests before making the PR. Trying to figure out how I can set and check if jinja is running in debug mode to make sure that we don't output to stdout all the time. |

I implemented this now through a factory function but not by changing the behavior of the default undefined type. |
