fix(lint): Resolve bashrs false positives

Fix bashrs lint warnings by adding rules to .bashrsignore and improving shell script safety.

- Add ignore rules for false positive warnings (SC2006, SC2046, SC2092, SC2099, SC2140, SC2035, SC2062)
- Update capture_golden_traces.sh to use `set -euo pipefail`
