fix: Support Mastodon vX features on Hometown vX#2306

Like Glitch, Hometown follows the Mastodon version numbering scheme, so Hometown at vX+hometown-a.b.c has the same capabilities as Mastodon at vX. Reported by @mariellequinton@ottawa.place
