Describe the bug

We are getting an error being unable to parse sarif.

The error code mentions devskim requires 8.0.0, but has 9.0.1

Reproduced on github actions + self-hosted devops agents.

To Reproduce

Run megalinter in v. 8.4 and use the devskim scanner
