Add sanity checks for the contents of IPv6 Unicast NLRI, i.e. making sure they only contain valid unicast addresses.

Ranges to drop as invalid:

• ::/128
• ::1/128
• fe80::/64 (or fe80::/10?)
• ff00::/8
• possibly tunneling prefixes (6to4, teredo, etc.)
