Charlie and I were messing with this while on a call. Types fail, and we have to use
overridesto get thenpm installto go through, but might as well get started. Interestingly, the issue with the confirm navigation modal flashing before nav on successful instance create seems to have disappeared — could have to do with React Router 7 wrapping navs instartTransition.
