Feature description

We can edit, get and list policies:

$ ovhcloud iam policy
Manage IAM policies

Usage:
  ovhcloud iam policy [command]

Available Commands:
  edit        Edit specific IAM policy
  get         Get a specific IAM policy
  list        List IAM policies

It should be very useful to create IAM policies directly in the CLI.

Thanks to that, for third parties providers, they would create OAuth2 client AND IAM policies directly through the CLI and no longer needs to make several API calls :).
