Adds support for global node packages installed using a version of
nodemanaged bynvm.A relatively simple change, just adds a couple of directories to search for
npmpackages. Should cover the default locations fornvmon macOS and Linux, as well asnvm-windows(a similar program for windows).Related to fleetdm/fleet#32268
