Added gentoo-linux installation instruction to website-docs (gentoo-linux.md)
Motivation and Context
As
git-cliffis a handy tool, I was missing it in my favorite distribution (Gentoo Linux). So in correspondence with @orhun we thought that it makes sense to get it into gentoo-packaging(portage). What is done by now.https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/dev-vcs/git-cliff
More architectures will follow, currently (initial) supporting
