Steps to reproduce:

1. open attached JFR file jfr-1685451518486.jfr.gz
2. go to 'Sampler' tab
3. 'CPU samples' view shows that there are three 'Active Reference Queue Daemon' threads
4. switch to 'Thread CPU' view
5. this view displays only one 'Active Reference Queue Daemon' thread
