Profiler calibration fails on Solaris with JDK 11

If the calibration is run for JDK 11 it fails with:
```
Data transfer error during instrumentation calibration
```
In the terminal there is additional error from calibration process:
```
Unrecognized option: -d64
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
```
