Motivation
The fastai example has been broken since Dec 31, 2025, due to a
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'IPython'.https://github.com/optuna/optuna-examples/actions/runs/20694796013/job/59408267747
Description of the changes
This PR adds
ipythonas a dependency to resolve the error.
