Motivation & Description of the changes
A recent change in
miniobreaks client code (currently, a PR to fix this is drafted), and this causes CI errors in this repository. To avoid the error, we pinminioversion to<=7.2.18. This PR also stops the daily CI run to avoid CI errors caused by OpenML service failures.
