Would be nice if there was a contribution guide :) Not everyone uses flake8 for example, so it's nice to have it documented that this needs to be done |

Motivation
Hello, we wanted to add a PR that describes how to get data and publish your training pipelines (and much more) from OpenML(https://openml.org). This builds off an example which a colleague of yours submitted to our
repository with some added explanation of OpenML terms.
