With addition of new KDF algorithms and also with possible changes in list of approved FIPS algorithms there will be algorithms in the default provider that would be eligible for FIPS validation in the FIPS provider for consumers of the FIPS provider who are willing to do their own custom validation.

There should be a simple (build-time) mechanism how to include such algorithms in the FIPS module.
