We want to disallow _close API which is involved in closing index , when Document-Replication type to Segment-Replication type migration is happening.

Close request are disabled disallowed If cluster settings has REMOTE_STORE_COMPATIBILITY_MODE_SETTING as MIXED and MIGRATION_DIRECTION_SETTING as REMOTE_STORE.
