Describe the bug

During remote store migration , we need to update remote store backed replica's checkpoint to the primary . However due to this bug, we don't do that . Hence primaries don't have correct checkpoint of remote replicas, reflecting in ever increasing segment replication lag.

Segment Replication Lag should be zero post replica catching up .
