[Bug] Inner tube radial positioning does not affect clustered configuration #2283

Description

@SiboVG

Describe the bug

The radial positioning of an inner tube only affects the inner tube when its clustering is set to single.

This reminds me: it would also be beneficial to provide the cluster names as tooltip texts on the cluster group icons.

To Reproduce

  1. Add a body tube and inner tube
  2. Leave the cluster at single
  3. Go to the radial position tab, change the radial distance and directions. You'll notice that the inner tube changes
  4. Now change the cluster to double and change the radial positioning again. Nothing happens.
