Add appropriate attributes for obtaining point-in-time measurements of resource usage at the process and node level, covering typical Linux metrics that include disk and OS-network usage. Allow both single measurement requests and usage updates taken at regular user-specified intervals. Signed-off-by: Ralph Castain <rhc@pmix.org>
