Convert from fixed structs to arrays of attributes per the Standard. Include ability to update stats using a provided event status. Streamline the ptl server connection processing by referencing the available bfrops modules instead of hardcoding them. Signed-off-by: Ralph Castain <rhc@pmix.org>
