Use discrete values for gasPrice and an advanced section to let the user choose #306
Description
From a user interview, I got the following sensible feedback:
- gas price (or transaction speed) should better be low, medium, high (only 3 values)
- gas price could eventually be set by the user in an "advanced" section.
